We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia and Belarus. Every order leaves our studio insured and fully tracked.
United Arab Emirates
For the UAE, free delivery applies when the item is available in our Dubai stock.
Please note: Pre-orders and custom items are crafted individually and shipped directly from our atelier in Ukraine.
United States
All orders to the USA are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import taxes and customs duties are already included in the final price at checkout.
International
- Standard shipping — $35 for orders under $400
- Free standard shipping — for orders from $400
- Express shipping — 5–10 business days, calculated at checkout depending on the order value and destination. The cost usually ranges from $50 to $150.
Please note: For international destinations outside the USA, orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Import duties and local taxes are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
The final shipping method and cost are shown at checkout based on your location and order total.
Payment
We accept Visa/MasterCard, Apple/Google Pay and PayPal. Your bank account will be charged after confirmation of your order. All payments made on our website are completely secure and your personal data is not saved by BLACKWOOD.
Customized items are crafted individually according to special specifications. Production usually takes 14–21 days.
Personalization, such as initials embossing on an item that is already available, does not require full production time and usually adds up to 2 business days to the order preparation time.
Customized and personalized items are made or finished individually and cannot be returned or exchanged.
