Returns & Exchanges for BLACKWOOD

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging.
• Items must be in new, unworn condition and include all original components.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
• Payment processing fees (PayPal, Stripe, banking commissions) are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.
• Exchanges are processed as a return-and-repurchase.

• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
• Blackwood is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

• Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns from third-party retailers must follow their own policies and should not be sent directly to us.
