UAE & Saudi Arabia

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping from our Dubai warehouse is complimentary.

International Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

General Conditions

• Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
• All original components and accessories must be included.
• Exchanges are processed as a return-and-repurchase.

• Blackwood is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.
• Payment processing fees (PayPal, Stripe, banking commissions) are non-refundable.
