Returns & Exchanges for Blackwood

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging.
• Ensure products are in new-like resalable condition. We do not accept returns on used items or those not in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
• Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the return.
• Exchanges are available and handled as a return and repurchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order. Any price difference will be settled either as a refund or additional charge.
