The order processing time depends on the destination of the order:

Domestic Orders (Within Ukraine): Orders received before 17:00 (UTC/GMT+2) are processed and shipped on the same day within Ukraine.

International Orders (Outside of Ukraine): Orders requiring delivery abroad are typically shipped within 1-3 days from the moment the order is processed.

Regardless of the destination, orders received after 17:00 (UTC/GMT+2) will be processed on the same day, but the shipment will be postponed to the next business day.



Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please note that our team does not work on weekends; therefore, any orders received during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

If you require urgent shipment, please contact our manager immediately after placing your order.



Delivery options vary depending on the destination:

Within Ukraine:

  • Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or post office is available free of charge.
  • Targeted delivery by Nova Poshta courier is available at the company's tariff.

To other countries:

  • UPS Express
  • FedEx International Express
  • Nova Poshta Global

Please note that delivery costs depend on the recipient's country and the product.



Delivery abroad is carried out by courier to the client's door. Unfortunately, ordering to a post office branch is not currently available.



You can make changes to your order after it has been placed and confirmed on the website.

Contact our manager via Telegram (link provided) and provide the correct information.

The manager will ensure that the updated data is added to the order.

However, please make sure to request changes before the actual shipment of the order.



If you wish to cancel an order, simply reach out to our manager via Telegram, explain the situation, and request the cancellation.

Our manager will promptly cancel the order for you.



For deliveries within Ukraine, if you have provided incorrect shipping information, contact our manager, who can update the data even if the order has already been shipped.

For international deliveries, unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order is placed. Therefore, we strongly advise you to carefully review all information before finalizing your order.



We accept:

  • Payment to a business account / PrivatBank / MonoBank.
  • Payment by bank card using the generated link.
  • Payment via PayPal.
  • Payment via Money Gram.
  • Payment by cryptocurrency transfer in USDT.

Please choose the method that suits you best when completing your order.



When shipping abroad, all orders are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning they may be subject to additional taxes levied by the local customs office. The prices listed on our website do not include these charges, as they are paid in the destination country.

Customs regulations vary by country, and the charges may change over time. We advise customers to check the rules themselves before placing an order.



Regarding promo codes, they may not work for products already under special offers, or they may have restrictions such as not applying to accessories. Please review the terms and conditions of the promo code to see if any restrictions apply.



All our products are backed by a 12-month warranty. For more detailed information, please refer to our warranty page: Warranty Information.



In the event of damage or breakage during use, our products are covered by a lifetime warranty. We offer repair services in our workshop.

Contact our manager to report the issue. Please include photos and videos, and our manager will provide instructions on the repair process.



If the product does not fit your needs, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of ordering, provided the product is in perfect condition with no signs of use and undamaged packaging.

After agreeing on the details, send the product to the address provided by the manager. A full refund will be issued once the workshop has checked the product and confirmed its integrity.



Yes, all our products are handmade in our own workshop. Using genuine leather, precious woods and flowers, and semi-precious stones, each item is crafted with care, making it unique and one-of-a-kind.



Absolutely! We take pride in presenting our products in elegant packaging.

Each bag is first placed in a soft storage pouch, then carefully packed in a branded black box with tissue paper.

Our watches come in their own branded box and include additional links and an awl to adjust the length of the strap.

Packed in a branded box, our glasses come with a leather case and a lens cloth for added protection and convenience.

All our glasses models are designed according to standardized parameters. Detailed sizes are provided in the product card, ensuring you can find the perfect fit for your needs. But you can always seek advice from a manager when selecting glasses, either online or in our showroom.

We are sorry, but we currently exclusively craft bags from genuine Italian leather only.



We use premium polycarbonate lenses sourced from Korea and Japan. These lenses are polarized and offer dependable protection against ultraviolet radiation.



Polarized lenses offer the increased benefit of glare reduction as well as 100% UVA/UVB protection. The difference can be seen in the Polarized lens’ glare reduction created by the sun's reflection off horizontal planes, such as on the hood of your car, the street, or water.



We carefully select the best types of wood and process them in a certain way, which makes the frames strong and durable. They're treated with Renessaince waterproof wax, so they're not easily damaged by water. With gentle care, they can last 3-5 years, and if they need fixing, you can send them to us for restoration.



Yes, for sure. Simply contact our manager. To have the lenses selected and installed, you'll need to provide a current prescription from your ophthalmologist. The lens cost will be added to the frame cost. Please, note — frames with installed prescription lenses are non-returnable.
