Bags Warranty

The bags are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. We are responsible for the products and are confident in their proper quality. If defects are revealed within 12 months (e.g., the fittings broke, the integrity of the seams was broken, etc.), we provide a free service.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Physical wear and tear of materials during the operation of the bag.
• Mechanical damage, as well as damage caused by temperature, water, and various chemicals.
• Deformation of the bag due to severe overload or improper storage.
• Leather damage due to the use of alcohol and other aggressive products used to remove impurities.

Glasses Guarantee

The glasses are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is valid on the frame, metal hardware, and movement mechanism.

Please note that the warranty does not cover frame breakage caused by physical, thermal, and chemical influences on the part of the client, nor does it cover the lenses.
