Warranty (short)

All BLACKWOOD products come with a
12-month warranty period

During this time, you can avail of our free service if any manufacturing defects are detected.

Cases that are not covered by the warranty:

• Physical wear and tear of materials during normal use.
• Mechanical damage, as well as damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, water, or other substances.
• Deformation of products due to excessive load or improper storage.
• Damage to the material caused by the use of alcohol or harsh substances for cleaning.
• Damage to lenses in our glasses.
• Damage caused during repair by unauthorized service centers.
